Come Tiptoe into the glorious realm of texture in this two day workshop with Lisa Binder. Lisa will take you through the steps to learn different techniques to create rich and exciting dimension in your works of art. Under paintings of textured gesso, tin foil, gel, and more will get you on your way to amazing abstract creations with dimension. You will have one whole day devoted to texture making on several canvases and then one whole day to reveal what happens when you apply paint on top. Ever admire a painting with texture so much you wanted to touch it? Then this workshop is for you! So come learn how it is done and make your own magic with Texture! Skill Level: all skill levels welcome Pre-requisites: none Materials that the facilitator will provide: with the exception of canvases, Lisa will have extra materials available for an additional $25 fee payable directly to her on the day of class. Materials participants will be required to gather/bring for themselves: canvases or cradle boards acrylic paint gesso altered or collage papers, musical scores, old letters or any other collage material semi-gloss soft gel medium semi-gloss heavy gel aluminum foil, corrugated cardboard, fabric, string Participants should also bring a sack lunch and water bottle, journal or notebook, and wear clothes for movement and mess-making. ** Fee: $225 (Members 15% discount with coupon code at checkout) If the class is full but you would like to be added to the waitlist, please email registration@artandsoulnashville.com. Cancellation Policy

Cancelation policy: you may request a refund (minus any PayPal fees and a $10 cancelation fee) up to seven (7) days prior to the scheduled date of the class or workshop. No refund is available after that date. Refunds are also unavailable if you do not show up or if you leave an event early for any reason.
