Service Description

In this reflective and whimsical workshop, we'll tap into and share our personal stories through free writing, poetry, moving mediation, verbalization, and embodied play. These stories are curative elixirs for ourselves and others that offer us deeper personal understanding and connection. Amanda Cantrell Roche and Sonia Fernández LeBlanc will gently guide you through practices to explore and share your own personal lore through intuitive vocalization, movement, and writing in community-centered care. All skill levels welcome. Adults only. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy: you may request a refund (minus any PayPal fees and a $10 cancellation fee) up to seven (7) days prior to the scheduled date of the class or workshop. No refund is available after that date. Refunds are also unavailable if you do not show up or if you leave an event early for any reason.
