It can comfort us, challenge us, and surprise us. Whether you’re a seasoned writer or a beginner, published writer and trained writing coach Karyn Henley will gently lead you through non-judgmental, fun and freeing writing prompts, tips, and exercises that will nudge you to explore your own voice on the page. You can keep what you write private or share it in supportive community. Either way, our free, open practice of playing with words and thoughts can help you discover, nurture, and honor your own voice and the breathings of your heart. Skill Level: none Pre-requisites: none The studio will provide notebooks and pens. But students may bring a journal or notebook and pen or pencil if they wish. *** Fee: $40 (Members 15% discount with coupon code at checkout) If the class is full but you would like to be added to the waitlist, please email registration@artandsoulnashville.com. Cancellation Policy

Cancelation policy: you may request a refund (minus any PayPal fees and a $10 cancelation fee) up to seven (7) days prior to the scheduled date of the class or workshop. No refund is available after that date. Refunds are also unavailable if you do not show up or if you leave an event early for any reason.
