Delve into the wonderful world of abstract landscapes. Lisa Binder will help you broaden your artistic horizons by learning fast and easy ways to make beautiful nature and city landscape creations using acrylic paint and mixed media. Abstract landscape painting is a wonderful way to dip into a state of tranquility as layers of beauty are laid upon a canvas. It can be meditative as well as healing to the spirit to watch colors of horizontal lines spread across your canvas in ways you have not tried before. In this workshop, Lisa will share no-stress fast and easy tips for different textures, use of color, and application of value in your landscape creations. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned artist, you are sure to add tools to your artistic toolbox in this relaxing workshop that will feed your soul! Skill Level: any skill level Pre-requisites: none Materials that the facilitator will provide, for which reimbursement is needed:  Acrylic Paint, Altered and Collage Papers, Soft Gel Medium, Stencils, Canvases and Canvas Boards will all be available for reimbursement if the participant does not bring them Materials students will be required to gather/bring for themselves: acrylic paint, canvas or canvas board, soft gel medium *** Fee: $225 (Members 15% discount with coupon code at checkout) If the class is full but you would like to be added to the waitlist, please email registration@artandsoulnashville.com. Art & Soul classes are for ages 17 and up. If you would like to request an exception, please contact the studio to see if the teacher can make accommodations for younger participants.
