Service Description

The Pollen Path is a traditional Navajo healing ceremony in which community members create a sand painting on the floor of a sacred space. Upon stepping into the sand painting, an individual embarks on a spiritual journey held in the support of their community. Although we will not use sand, our intuitive painting process will be a metaphor for the sand painting experience. With paint, paper, written word, and guided imagery, you will travel your own spiritual journey. Setting aside judgment, you will respond to prompts by creating a series of painted sketches and writings, intuitively uncovering a mystery within you, following your inner guidance on an inquiry into the sacred spaces of your life experience. Within this safe space, you will peel away layers of expectation to uncover the magic that surrounds you every day. This is an ideal practice for anyone feeling somewhat reluctant about self-exploration, as well as an excellent next step for anyone already traveling the interior path. This workshop is an opportunity to uncover deeper meaning in your practice. Bring a journal as there will be time for written reflection. If you don’t use a journal, one will be provided.
