Service Description

Sounding is a practice that explores the power and beauty of the voice when it is given space to move freely from the organism, without judgment or inhibition. Like the other practices employed at Art & Soul, it is meditative in nature. It is a deep listening practice. We breathe in a particular way. Without judgment, we let sound come. Listening to our deepest impulses, we discover worlds within us we didn’t know existed. Sounding offers the opportunity to enter into a deep relationship with ourselves, with others, and with something mysterious, opening new pathways to the source of creativity, passion, nourishment and a feeling of fullness in life. Masks are not required in the studio, but please feel free to wear one. If you are vulnerable, let us know so we can provide a safe, masked space for you. Cancelation Policy

Cancelation policy: you may request a refund (minus any PayPal fees and a $10 cancelation fee) up to seven (7) days prior to the scheduled date of the class or workshop. No refund is available after that date. Refunds are also unavailable if you do not show up or if you leave an event early for any reason.
