Bored? Curious? Resistant? Uncertain? Blocked? Starting a creative dreaming practice with Anne Putnam will change that. If you want to cultivate more awe and wonder in your life, your dreams are sure to deliver! In this introductory class, we cover the basics to begin a Creative Dreaming practice. We drop into dreamscapes to befriend the bright and shadowy characters yearning to find expression and bring your dream images to life through a variety of creative techniques. Each session is different and introduces participants to insightful forms of dream-crafting rituals that may include collage, poetry, incense, candles, and play. We’ll also explore different topics related to dreamwork, such as dream altars, symbolic vision, improving dream recall, synchronicities, sidewalk oracles, and conscious daydreaming. Skill Level: Beginners to dreamwork and anyone curious about expanding their dreamwork techniques.
