Service Description

Inspired and born out of necessity during the isolating times of 2020, this online class has grown into a space for community and connection across the nation, allowing you to experience and develop traditional Art & Soul practices from your own home. We invite you to carve out time and space to follow, listen, and explore your creative self with non-judgement, no matter where you are physically or emotionally. Time Out! nurtures community through a strong sense of togetherness and support while also creating a space for exploring the practices of movement, sounding, and art making in every aspect of life, no matter your current environment. The structure of Time Out! allows for free-form art making from your own home with your own supplies, while guided practices help you drop-in to your creative, sensing self, and a sacred space is held for witnessing and sharing art with the rest of the class participants. This class is most beneficial if you have experienced the practices in CADP (Creative Arts Discovery and Practice) such as authentic movement, sounding, and meditation. If you have not taken CADP and wish to attend Time Out! please contact Nalani (via text or phone call) at 720-280-3044 before registering. Take a “Time Out” to tap into your creative self with like-minded people across the globe. *** Fee: $160 (Members 15% discount with coupon code at checkout) Pre-requisites: CADP (Creative Arts Discovery and Practice) is recommended but not required. Art & Soul classes are for ages 17 and up. If you would like to request an exception, please contact the studio to see if the teacher can accommodate younger participants. Cancellation Policy

Cancelation policy: you may request a refund (minus any PayPal fees and a $10 cancelation fee) up to seven (7) days prior to the scheduled date of the class or workshop. No refund is available after that date. Refunds are also unavailable if you do not show up or if you leave an event early for any reason.
