Need a burst for a blah weekend or some me-time and a new adventure? Want a fun alternative date-night or friends’-night-out? Are you ready to jumpstart your creative edge?
Whatever your reason, it’s the perfect time for a Zenterruption!
This playdate is a mix of instruction, meditation and whimsy. We’ll mix it up with all kinds of materials to help trick the conditioned mind to slip outside its habitual box. We’ll arrange, wrap, stack, sort, hang, tie, bend, build, and more!
When we play, we drop down into our natural selves to connect with our authentic desires and impulses. It is a sincere (though not necessarily serious) activity that lets us:
- Open up to the possible
- Explore and experiment
- Let go of conditioning & listen with awareness
- Reconnect with ourselves
Plus, research shows that purposeful play contributes to a balanced, healthy, and creative life. Curious? Listen to Dr. Stuart Brown’s TED Talk.
Playing in Art & Soul’s cool and vibrant studio provides contemplation, contentment, and curiosity with a twist!
Space limited to 12 adult participants (age 16+).
