Deanie French

Deanie is an elder in the Art and Soul community.
Upon retiring from a long career in art education in Massachusetts she came to Nashville where she took up teaching again: art and music at Abintra Montessori and drawing, intuitive painting and authentic movement at Art and Soul.
She is a lover of languages, travel, classical and world music. She is a meditator and painter. She holds degrees from Rhode Island School of Design and Connecticut College, and received Authentic Movement training with the Mary Starks Whitehouse Institute.
