Art and Soul Nashville, Inc is classified as a 501 (c) (3) exempt organization under the Internal Revenue Code. A copy of our Determination Letter is available below.

On October 5, 2022 Art and Soul Nashville, Inc received our letter of determination from the internal revenue service granting our tax exempt status as of Mar 15, 2022.  We are approved by the State of Tennessee to solicit funds for charitable purposes.

 

Our fiscal year is January 1–December 31. Audited financial statements and IRS Form 990 for the last three fiscal years will be available below as soon as we begin to file the 990.
