Spend Valentine’s Day falling in love with lines. Bring a friend to partner with for “line dancing” with marks on paper, or come solo and treat yourself to a “line dance” all your own. Either way, in our playful, nonjudgmental atmosphere, you’ll explore a variety of drawing materials and discover the different types of lines they make. We’ll also consider the language of lines, and then with fun prompts and tips, spend time intuitively creating, focused on this basic element of drawing. Whether you’re a beginner or simply want a fun refresher, come and find inspiration and artistic options—and fall in love with lines. Skill Level: none Pre-requisites: none The studio will provide: Pencils Charcoal Drawing paper Erasers Students should bring: A sack lunch Any of their own drawing material that they would like to bring for themselves *** Fee: $100 (Members 15% discount with coupon code at checkout) If the class is full but you would like to be added to the waitlist, please email registration@artandsoulnashville.com. Art & Soul classes are for ages 17 and up. If you would like to request an exception, please contact the studio to see if the teacher can make accommodations for younger participants. Masks are not required in the studio, but please feel free to wear one. If you are vulnerable, let us know so we can provide a safe, masked space for you.
