Join an Extended Sounding Circle Practice – a powerful way to clear your mind and release tension. In this one-hour session, we’ll come together to create a safe, intentional space for welcoming in what is needed and releasing what no longer serves us. Using the power of sound, vibration, acoustic healing, humming, and listening, we’ll align our energies and restore inner balance. We begin with 15 minutes of gathering and centering, followed by a deeply immersive 30-minute group-sounding session. The session ends with 15 minutes of sharing and reflection, offering a chance to connect with others and settle into your experience.
