Have you wanted to add people to your painting, drawing, or mixed media? Do you have artwork that you think might be missing something—maybe figures? People (and animals) can turn a piece of art into a story that can speak volumes, tug at the heart, and make scenes come alive. In a welcoming, nonjudgmental atmosphere, we’ll explore people possibilities, then set you free to try a variety of ways to people your artwork. You can start a piece from scratch, spend the time practicing to find out what you like, or bring a painting, drawing, or piece of mixed media that you’ve done and add a figure or two or ten. Karyn Henley will gently guide you with tips and options. By the end of this class, you may want to go home and add figures to everything! Skill Level: Any Pre-requisites: None Materials: a sack lunch and, optionally, any artwork to which you'd like to add people or figures. *** Fee: $90 (Members 15% discount with coupon code at checkout) Art & Soul classes are for ages 17 and up.
