Disrupt held stress, anxiety, or stuck energy in this class and help move it out of your system using guided, whole-body shaking practices blended with sounding. Somatic practices of bouncing, shaking, and slinging, coupled with sounding such as sighing, “ha-ing,” and “voo-ing,” can release tension and stimulate the Vagas nerve, resulting in a feeling of release and calm. Authentic mark-making offers a chance to visually express this process of noticing and moving energy in the body, and guided visualization and breathwork offers the opportunity for us to ground deeply in circle. Come and shake your body, use your voice, make marks, and regulate your nervous system in this welcoming, nonjudgmental community!
