Service Description

This class utilizes guided, whole-body shaking practices blended with sounding to disrupt held stress, anxiety, or stuck energy and help move it out of our systems. Somatic practices of bouncing, shaking, and slinging coupled with sounding such as sighing, “ha-ing” and “voo-ing” and more intense sounds can release tension and stimulate the Vagus nerve, resulting in a feeling of release and calm. Authentic mark-making offers a chance to visually express this process of noticing and moving energy in the body, and guided visualization and breathwork offer the opportunity for us to ground deeply in circle. Come shake your body, use your voice, make marks, and regulate your nervous system in community!
