Service Description

Sounding and Sound Journeying are practices that explore the power and beauty of the voice when it is given space to move freely without judgment or inhibition. Like the other core practices employed at Art & Soul, sounding is community oriented and meditative in nature. It is a deep listening practice within ourselves and in support of the circle of practitioners. We breathe in a particular way. Without judgment, we let sound come. Listening to our deepest impulses, we discover worlds within us we didn’t know existed. Using breath, movement, tone and chant, we enter into a deep relationship with ourselves, with others, and with something mysterious, opening new pathways to the source of creativity, passion, and nourishment and to the experience of fullness in life.  This practice is one of release, support and transmutation on both a personal and collective level.  Pre-requisites: none Materials Students will be required to gather/bring for themselves: Wear comfortable clothing for easy movement. *** Fee: $25 (Members 15% discount with coupon code at checkout) If the class is full but you would like to be added to the waitlist, please email registration@artandsoulnashville.com. Masks are not required in the studio, but please feel free to wear one. If you are vulnerable, let us know so we can provide a safe, masked space for you. Cancellation Policy

Cancelation policy: you may request a refund (minus any PayPal fees and a $10 cancelation fee) up to seven (7) days prior to the scheduled date of the class or workshop. No refund is available after that date. Refunds are also unavailable if you do not show up or if you leave an event early for any reason.
