Join our Creative Arts class, where we explore the practices of movement, sounding, meditation, poetry, and diving deep into the world of creativity. Your artistic gifts are nurtured within a supportive community of art companions. All artistic modalities are encouraged. (Formerly CADP 2) Together, we form a creative crew, inspired by one another. We will work and play to discover new paths. As we grow and expand our artistic horizons, we practice showing up and moving forward. We'll learn to pause, hold space, and embrace adversity during this journey. We will focus on seeing in new ways and learn to catch the patterns of progress even in the unknown-making process. We encourage inner and outer work, a natural and iterative process that explores the wholeness of the creative container. It's an invitation to join the circle and find your unique voice. You may use all modalities to begin and finish your works. Our class fosters a supportive environment where you can slow down and drop in, staying grounded as you go big or notice the small things. Let go of limitations and move forward with support and inspiration, discovering what wants to come next. Embrace the present moment with mindfulness as we sort, learn, listen, and explore this wild and precious life. Join us on this creative journey, and let your artistic spirit flourish. CADP I is required to take this class Tuesday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Enter your member coupon code at checkout for your 15% discount. If the class is full but you would like to be added to the waitlist, please email registration@artandsoulnashville.com. Art & Soul classes are for ages 17 and up. If you would like to request an exception, please contact the studio to see if the teacher can make accommodations for younger participants. Masks are not required in the studio, but please feel free to wear one. If you are vulnerable, let us know so we can provide a safe, masked space for you.
