Come and play with the possibilities of combining watercolor and ink! Enhance your paintings with ink dots and lines to add extra detail and drama, or create intriguing textures with scribbles. Be inspired by the natural world or your own imagination as you experiment with stippling, hatching, and lost-and-found contours. Enjoy the process of discovery as you compare the results of painting over ink versus inking over paint. You’ll be able to develop your own approach within a supportive and encouraging circle. Skill Level: Knowledge of basic watercolor techniques is recommended Participants are to gather/bring their own watercolor paint and assorted brushes. Optional: incomplete paintings to enhance with ink, Micron and/or other archival ink pens, watercolor and/or colored pencils *** Fee: $85 (Members 15% discount with coupon code at checkout) Art & Soul classes are for ages 17 and up. If you would like to request an exception, please contact the studio to see if the teacher can make accommodations for younger participants. If the class is full but you would like to be added to the waitlist, please email registration@artandsoulnashville.com. Masks are not required in the studio, but please feel free to wear one.
